Chief Consulting Engineer

Electrical Engineer & Management professional with 25+ yrs work path in area of Projects, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, EHS and Quality assurance across top FMCG companies in India. He has been passionate towards food industry. He has the expertise in Greenfield Project handling for various Food Business. Apart from execution of projects, his core strength is in identification of new vendors relevant for project like Civil, PEB, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Fighting, ELV systems etc that are core of any project.

During his employment years his work involved in new plant identification, evaluation, design, erection, and commissioning. He has also been involved in new product development in spices, seasoning, whole wheat flour, fortified flour, extruded snack pallets, nuts, spreads, breadcrumbs etc. He has set up a number of pilot plant and R&D related labs and working kitchens.
